Academic Interests and Accomplishments:
Ken’s research interests include:
- water quality of ground water and streams related to land use and storm events
- water quality in karstic limestone terrain
- the evolution of ground water chemistry (especially arsenic) in alluvial aquifers.
He teaches Geochemistry, Hydrochemical Methods and General Geology. He has emeritus status, but he conducts research part-time and works with students on research in a one-on-one basis.
